AI Orchestration is the Next Stage in Workplace AI Enablement
Most teams adopt AI in two stages: build confident users first, then build repeatable workflows that scale.
Level 1 • Confident AI User
- Teams use AI confidently as individuals
- Prompts are strong, but mostly personal
- Output quality can vary across users
- Responsible AI use is understood
- AI supports parts of the work, but workflows are not yet standardized end-to-end
- Productivity gains are visible, but not yet measured consistently
- AI usage is self-directed and varies by person
Level 2 • Confident AI Orchestrator
- Teams run repeatable AI-assisted workflows together
- Prompts become shared playbooks others can reuse
- Output quality becomes consistent across the team
- Guardrails, verification, and escalation are built into the workflow
- Teams define what AI handles vs what humans own within the workflow
- Impact becomes measurable with 30-day wins and simple scorecards
- AI usage becomes standardized and scalable where it makes sense
Workplace AI Level 1 upgrades individual capability.
Workplace AI Level 2 upgrades how the team runs the workflow, consistently and measurably.
How We Get Your Teams to Orchestrate AI Into Real Work
So AI becomes a repeatable workflow system, not just an individual skill.
ASSESS
A short pre-work assessment helps us shortlist 1–2 priority workflows, clarify scope boundaries, and set a baseline for measurable improvement.
Workflow shortlist, scope boundaries, baseline metrics, readiness flags.
ACTIVATE
Participants map the workflow, break it into atomic tasks, define what AI handles vs what humans own, then add guardrails, verification, and escalation triggers. Best practices become reusable prompt templates and standard outputs.
Workflow Operating Pack v1: playbook, prompt templates, guardrails, verification checks.
ANCHOR
Teams leave with a simple scorecard and a weekly review loop to track usage, quality, and impact, plus post-training reinforcement to keep improvements going.
Measurable 30-day wins, steadier quality, repeatable execution across the team.

CUSTOMIZATIONINCLUDED
We adapt examples and context to your industry, including relevant challenges, opportunities, and compliance realities. We also align the workshop to your approved AI environment, whether that is Copilot, Gemini, or other enterprise LLM tools.
PERSONALIZATIONINCLUDED
We tailor the in-class work around your participants’ real workflows. Teams will map one priority process and build a reusable workflow operating pack they can run after the workshop, with guardrails and 30-day targets.
Workshop Objectives
By the end of this 2-day program, your participants will be able to:
Identify one priority workflow to upgrade with AI
Choose a real process with clear frequency, impact, and ownership.
Map the workflow into a repeatable operating pack
Define scope boundaries, workflow steps, atomic tasks, and baseline metrics.
Assign AI and human responsibilities inside the workflow
Set autonomy levels, approval points, stop rules, and escalation triggers.
Improve input readiness using CLEAN
Strengthen completeness, labeling, exposure control, accuracy, and normalization so outputs are more reliable.
Embed reusable prompt templates into each workflow step
Turn prompts into shared playbooks that the team can reuse, not personal hacks.
Build guardrails and verification for consistent quality
Standardize validation checks, red flags, and handoffs to reduce risk and rework.
Measure 30-day wins with a simple scorecard and review loop
Track usage, cycle time, quality, and rework so progress is visible and scalable.
Includes a workflow operating pack, AI and human responsibilities map, guardrails and verification checklist, and a 30-day wins scorecard for your training report.
Workshop At A Glance
Delivered as a 2-day AI Orchestration Workshop, supported by pre-work workflow selection and a 30-day wins scorecard + review loop so adoption sticks beyond the classroom.
Who Is This Program Developed For?
- Managers and team leads responsible for output quality and consistency
- Process owners and functional managers who run repeatable workflows
- Ops excellence, transformation, PMO, and enabling teams driving adoption at scale
- High-potential talent pool who need sharper execution systems, not just tool tips
- Teams already using AI (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, or approved tools) and ready to make it repeatable
Recommended prerequisite: Workplace AI Mastery Level 1 or equivalent baseline in responsible AI and prompting.
Workshop Duration
2 Full Days (9am to 5pm)
Note: Program can be extended to include additional modules
Workshop Format
- In-person for best experience (faster workflow mapping, group build, and live refinement)
- Virtual available for distributed teams (works best with strong pre-work and org-approved AI access)
HRDF Claimability

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything L&D and leaders typically ask before approving a workshop
Is Workplace AI Mastery Level 2 the same as Level 1?
No. Level 1 builds confident AI users. Level 2 turns that skill into repeatable team workflows with guardrails, shared templates, and measurable 30-day wins.
Do participants need to attend Level 1 first?
Preferably yes. Level 2 assumes participants already know the basics of prompting and responsible use.
What will we actually build during the 2 days?
Each team leaves with a Workflow Operating Pack for one priority workflow:
- Workflow map (scope, steps, atomic tasks, baseline metrics)
- AI and human responsibilities map (autonomy, approvals, stop rules)
- Verification checklist + guardrails
- Prompt templates embedded into workflow steps
- 30-day wins scorecard + review loop
Will we use our real company data?
Ideally, yes. But we can also use sanitised or mock data while still mapping the real workflow. Participants can replace mock inputs with real internal assets after the session, inside their approved environment.
What tools do participants need?
Any org-approved general-purpose AI tool works: Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, or internal tools. Level 2 is tool-flexible. We focus on workflow design, responsibilities, and verification. However, for the mapping process to be easier, it would be helpful if the participants have an org-approved whiteboard tool. We will assist to set up the learning assets and worksheets.
Do you teach specific AI apps or platforms?
Only if useful. Level 2 is not “tool training.” We can spotlight 1–2 tools if the client requests, but the core deliverable is a workflow system that works across tools.
How do you prove ROI?
We track baseline vs 30-day outcomes on metrics like cycle time saved, rework reduced, quality improved, and risk incidents avoided. The goal is “small proof fast,” not a heavy transformation programme.
What is the follow-up effort required after the workshop?
Light, if we keep it structured. The standard follow-up is a 30-day review loop (simple scorecard check-in). This can be run by the client internally, or supported by Radiant Institute as an add-on.
