RESPONSIBLE AI

FACILITATION

     CERTIFICATION

A trainer-first certification for anyone who uses AI in delivery to protect participant data, preserve client trust, and prioritize safe AI use.

  • Faciliate Responsibly
  • Stay Credible
  • Preserve Trust

Why AI Activities Can Backfire In Training Sessions

Because fun AI moments can become risky when guardrails are unclear.

What could go wrong

  • Participants paste real names or personal details into prompts
  • Trainers use non-approved tools “just for fun”
  • AI outputs are shared without a quick check
  • Image or voice content is generated without thinking about consent
  • Wrong or made-up info becomes “training truth”
  • A small mistake spreads fast across the group

What safe looks like

  • A 30-second room briefing on what not to paste or upload
  • A simple tool and policy check before the activity starts
  • Redaction and placeholders as the default way to prompt
  • A quick “pause and verify” habit before sharing outputs
  • Clear do-not-do boundaries for images, voices, and personal data
  • A simple risk-proof step before running any AI activity

Trainers are starting to use AI in small, helpful ways – image generation, role-plays, scenarios, and fun activities. But training rooms are also high-trust spaces, where participants copy and paste fast, and where one careless prompt or unverified output can turn into a privacy, credibility, or client trust issue.

That’s why Responsible AI Facilitation Certification is designed as a trainer support workshop. It’s designed to add clear guardrails, room rules, and simple habits, so AI stays useful without creating avoidable incidents.

How We Help Trainers Facilitate AI Activities Safely

So AI stays helpful in the room, without privacy, credibility, or trust issues.

PHASE 1

ASSESS

We spot where AI can go wrong in your training room.
You complete a quick pre-check so we understand how you currently use AI (images, role-plays, activities) and what policies you work under.

OUTCOME
A shortlist of risk points to fix first.

PHASE 2

ACTIVATE

We turn guardrails into room-ready habits.
You learn simple room rules, prompt hygiene (redaction and placeholders), and a quick “trust but verify” habit. Then you apply it to an activity you already run.

OUTCOME
Risk-proofed AI activities you can reuse.

PHASE 3

ANCHOR

We make safe AI use easy to repeat.
You leave with scripts, a checklist, and a simple blueprint to review any future AI activity in minutes.

OUTCOME
Safer delivery, steadier credibility, stronger client trust.

AI is showing up more often in training rooms.

Not to replace trainers, but to support learning between sessions and power small in-class moments like image generation, role-plays, scenarios, and quick activities.

The benefits are real. But the risks often sneak in by accident.

In a training room, people copy and paste fast. When participants see something working, they often try it too. That is when sensitive details get pasted into prompts without thinking. AI can sound confident even when it is wrong. Images, voices, and messages can be faked in ways that create pressure and confusion.

When everything moves faster, small mistakes can spread quickly if no one slows things down.

This certification gives trainers a clear and practical standard for using AI safely in the training room.

It does not mean you can run a full AI fundamentals program right away. It is focused on Responsible AI for trainers who use AI as a support tool during their non-AI classes.

You will learn simple words to explain AI clearly, then apply room rules and safe habits to run AI-assisted activities without creating privacy, trust, or credibility issues.

The focus is calm and usable. You leave with simple scripts, clear room rules, and a quick checklist you can use in any client session.

This certification is offered at no cost.

We only collect a small logistics fee to cover essentials such as venue, materials, and administration.

Why are we doing this?

Because AI is already showing up in training rooms. If trainers are using AI in delivery, they need simple guardrails to protect participant data, preserve client trust, and keep learning credible.

This is also part of a bigger goal: helping grow responsible AI awareness and safe AI habits across Malaysia’s training community.

Workshop Objectives

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Set simple room rules so participants know what not to paste or upload.
  • Explain AI in plain words using a shared framework, so everyone stays aligned.
  • Spot common AI risks in the training room, like data leaks, wrong answers, and fake media.
  • Clean prompts using redaction and placeholders before anything goes into an AI tool.
  • Guide participants to use AI as a support tool without turning outputs into “training truth.”
  • Risk-proof any AI-assisted activity using a simple checklist, so it stays safe and credible.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything trainers, facilitators and L&D professionals typically ask before signing up

What is Responsible AI Facilitation Certification?

A trainer-first certification that helps you use AI safely during training delivery. It focuses on room rules, prompt safety, output credibility checks, and risk-proofing activities.

Is this a full AI fundamentals program?

No. This certification is not designed to turn you into an AI trainer overnight. It focuses on Responsible AI for trainers who use AI as a support tool during non-AI classes.

Who is this for?

Trainers and facilitators who use AI for small in-class moments like image generation, role-plays, scenarios, energizers, and quick activities, and want a safer way to do it across different client policies.

Do I need to be “good at AI” to attend?

No. If you have used AI even a few times, you will be able to follow. We keep the language simple and focus on practical habits, not technical depth.

Which AI tools does this cover?

The workshop is tool-agnostic. The habits work across ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and approved enterprise environments. We focus on principles and safe patterns, not platform-specific features.

Will I get slides or materials I can use in my own training?

Yes. You receive a licensed module pack (slides and trainer notes) for a Responsible AI module you can plug into your existing programs. This is not a full AI curriculum.

Does this certification allow me to deliver Radiant Institute’s full AI programs?

No. It certifies you to facilitate AI-assisted activities responsibly. It does not grant you permission to run Radiant Institute’s full AI enablement programs.

What do I need to prepare before the workshop?

No heavy pre-work. We will run a short in-class self-check at the start, so you can spot your own risk areas quickly.

What happens after the workshop?

You complete a short post-session assessment. Once you pass, you receive your certificate and take-home assets: room rules script, prompt safety checklist, output credibility check, and activity risk-proofing blueprint.

Can my organisation run a private cohort for our trainers?

Yes. We can deliver private cohorts for internal trainers or vendor trainer pools, and tailor examples to your industry and policy context.

Why is there a logistics fee if the certification is free?

The certification itself is free. The logistics fee covers the direct cost of running the session, such as venue, materials, and basic administration. This allows us to keep the program accessible while supporting wider responsible AI awareness building through the trainer community.
