Maverick here, founder of Radiant Institute. Having been marketing, developing and delivering training programs over the last 22 years, I often wonder what’s the next big thing. I suspect sometimes you wonder that too.
I mean, is it just going to be soft skills, leadership, and team-building programs, hoping for new concepts once in a while? Or will there be a shift so big that it will change the way we learn and apply our learnings forever?
The data from numerous researches are pointing to Artificial Intelligence. I mean, just look at the software and devices we use daily. It’s hard to find one without AI these days.
That’s when we started infusing AI into our program designs.
Imagine an HR for non-HR training, where the trainer will show participants how to leverage AI to speed up the candidate selection processes, or even spot inconsistencies in their CVs.
Or a coaching skills program where leaders learn how to use AI to hyper-personalize coaching questions to achieve breakthrough performance.
Or a presentation skill training where presenters learn how to take advantage of AI to create effective slides and pitch flows tailored to any specific audience.
We called this approach AI-Infused Programs, delivered by AI-Enabled Trainers.
The results? AI-Equipped Employees + AI-Empowered Results
Currently, we only have two AI-infused programs, and they are in B2B Marketing and B2B Sales. More will be added over time, for sure.
