The data from numerous researches are pointing to Artificial Intelligence. I mean, just look at the software and devices we use daily. It’s hard to find one without AI these days.
That’s when we started infusing AI into our program designs.
Imagine an HR for non-HR training, where the trainer will show participants how to leverage AI to speed up the candidate selection processes, or even spot inconsistencies in their CVs.
Or a coaching skills program where leaders learn how to use AI to hyper-personalize coaching questions to achieve breakthrough performance.
Or a presentation skill training where presenters learn how to take advantage of AI to create effective slides and pitch flows tailored to any specific audience.
